The big question for me at the moment is “what can I do for you?” I’m guessing you love having flowers around your home and (a) want to share your enjoyment with likeminded people or (b) you don’t really know what you’re doing and would like some general hints, tips and advice to get you started.
With this in mind I’ve set up a new Facebook group called FlowerStart World – a place where you can share your flower arranging successes (and woes). It would be lovely if you joined me. All you need to do is click here and select the ‘join’ button.
At the moment I’m embracing new technology and with my brand new phone at the ready I’ve been having a go at some Facebook Live videos. In the future I’ll do more of these in the FlowerStart World Facebook group - do let me know if there’s something you’d like me to cover. So far I’ve shared a tour of my workshop and some advice about looking after your lilies.
I also run two other groups in the FlowerStart family. FlowerStart Go! is the place for you if you’ve been to a real time class with me and #FlowerStart 2017 is the virtual classroom for my 4-week online flower arranging class
As an added incentive for joining FlowerStart World I’m offering you the chance of winning a copy of Jill Rizzo’s book Branches & Blooms. It’s a soft back re-issue of Jill’s Wreath Recipe book – so good that I bought it twice! All you have to do is join FlowerStart World and I’ll pick a winner at random on Friday 14 April 2017. No cash alternative will be offered.
If you don’t win I’d highly recommend you add Jill’s book to your wish list – or you could go straight ahead and buy it here. At this point I should it make clear that I’m an Amazon Affiliate. You get to shop with ease and I get a small commission.
