Yoga & flowers retreat at the Nightingale Garden
September 19 @ 9:30 am - 2:30 pm£110
Are you in need of a treat and a bit of mind space after your hectic summer holiday? If so, you’ll be pleased to hear I’m teaming up with Lisa from the Nightingale Garden to bring you an amazing one-day yoga and flower retreat.
The venue for this workshop is Lisa’s cutting patch, which is located on the north Kent marshes a mile inland from the coast between Whitstable and the Isle of Thanet.
On arrival you’ll be welcomed with tea and cake. Lisa will share the story of her cutting patch and you’ll be able to pick your own flowers ready for making your own handtied bouquet. Lisa will also take you to her favourite foraging spots for additional greenery.
As your flowers rest and relax you’ll have the opportunity to do the same and take a yoga class with Lisa in the bell tent pitched on the paddock right next door to her cutting patch. Lisa is a qualified British Wheel yoga teacher and will guide you through a meditative/mindful yoga class.
After a home cooked vegetarian lunch, I’ll share my secrets for creating a beautiful handtied bouquet – giving you as much individual attention as you need to create your own arrangement of flowers.
No previous experience necessary. All materials (and yoga equipment will be provided).
Please come dressed for a day out in the garden – loose clothing will need to be worn for the yoga class.
Tickets £110 per person – early bird tickets now available at £95 a head. Click and pay below (via PayPal) or email if you’d prefer to be invoiced for payment firstname.lastname@example.org
